Group Training: KICK START

Knoxville Endurance introduces a new group training program for runners from the beginner through the intermediate levels.


This new program will take raw runners and transitioning runners through a 12 week training cycle. Coaches Lauren Myers, and Robin Miller will steer you through a 5K or half marathon. You will learn the fundamentals of running, meet new friends, and discover different training routes. As the training progresses, you will see a transformation from a timid self to someone who is more confident, energetic and positive. Schedules are not personalized, but rather designed to invite new runners to grow together.
